The room boasts an excellent selection of new and used pianos fit for every budget, and all pianos come with the absolutely unbeatable Pauze & Sons warranty! There’s lots of selection, yes, but be sure to arrive early to ensure to find that perfect instrument! Buy a piano at the event and receive a free lesson package!!! The day will feature performances from our excellent teaching staff, and also serve as a great opportunity to meet and greet them. A day not to be missed by piano afficianados!

Peter Brown jams with his hero

Peter Brown, one of MMMworks piano teachers, had a thrill and a bit recently when his hero, Michael Kaeshammer dropped by the Mississippi Blues Society show after his Sounds of Downtown show in Carleton Place.  … continue reading this entry.

Indie: “guitars with attitude!”

We’re very pleased to announce the addition of Indie Guitars to our line-up. Much thanks to Joe from Almonte for hooking us up. Heavily impressed right out of the gates by both their guitars and their people, it was a total no brainer to bring these swinging axes on board. Killer Pauls. Dazzling Teles. A racy 335 beside a dynamite PRS - not to mention their own shapes. All great players and lookers - at sick prices that don’t make sense. Pictured here is George hanging with the Indie Team Mark, Keith and Paul at the MIAC show. Don’t forget these guitars are only on sale until the end of September. Long live Indie!Indie Paul with a killer look, feel and tone to bootPictured here is the famed Indie Blackjack. Plug this sucker into our Vox AC30 and you’re ready to rock with the best of them.

Introducing the Strumstick!

No wrong notes! That’s what we say about the Strumstick. (Ok, there is one, but we challenge you to find it!) Built for the hopeful to the hopeless, the Strumstick sounds great no matter who’s wielding her in their mitts. Great for the can’t-carry-a-tune-in-a-wheelbarrow-people, and enjoyed by proficient pickers! In cooperation (and with thanks) with Ken Fraser of Almonte, MMMusicworks is proud to be the only shop in the Valley to bring you this cool tool, toted as North America’s youngest instrument. Pictured here grinning from ear to ear is our first Strumstick customer, Brian McCullough of Kanata and the tin whistle player for Friends of Celtic Sea (check ‘em out on Facebook).  Congratulations Brian! Drop by the shop to see what the fuss is all about, and remember. These babies with their fine rosettes and abalone moon & star inlays are on sale only until the end of the month!
