We can’t thank you enough!!

We’re feeling pretty lucky here at MMMworks.  Our Parking Lot Fiesta  was a huge success and you, our students and families, friends and all around supporters, were responsible.  In fact, your appreciation for the event was so overwhelming that we plan on making it an annual event.  Our can’t thank you enough list….Alex Vorobej, Alison Fay-Turner, Clint Shewchuk, Kirby Koster, Barry Sculland, AJ Shewchuk, Bill Serson and all the participating students and their chauffeurs (so many rehearsals!!).

We would also like to thank the community at large and these folks in particular for their generosity towards preparing and executing the Fiddle Auction in benefit of Bruce Murray and his family…..Kyle Felhaver, Victor Maltby, Noreen Young, Ron Caron, Ron Bourque and Ellen Smith.  While we didn’t quite reach our goal, we more than doubled what we raised last year with over $1200 going to the Murrays.  Thank you everyone for your support.1

And just in time for Mr. Babineau’s arrival, the Drum Room we’ve been working on is finally ready! All of our teaching studios are quite comfortable, but now our drum students can study in the coolest room of all… It’s a room within a room that’s soundproof with great acoustics. Fabric walls and oak trim make for a very unique and  exciting look, and here’s the best part - you can …

RENT it! That’s right folks, for those of you whose living spaces  mean sharing the artillery barrage of a drumset with your neighbours, you can get your ya ya’s out here where no one can hear you! Please inquire about the room’s availability @ 613-256-PLAY. The current kit is a Tama Rockstar with standard 12, 13 & 16 inch toms, 22 inch kick and a Pearl free-floating snare. I’ll be posting audio clips soon, so stay tuned!
